2006-12-03:  General Update

The Foundation is getting involved in an ever increasing number of situations involving disputed (and in some cases, undisputed) tracts of land--all of which, of course, should properly stem from OCT 01-4.

Three banks have responded to the letters from the Foundation and appointments with bank officers and counsel are being arranged.

We note with interest the League of Municipalities LRA Reform Act resolution to Congress dated October 26. Surely someone in Congress (or considering running for Congress) should be taking an interest in the TRUTH about the real land grabbers?

Thanks to Bembe’s efforts, we have posted a much smaller version (just 137Kb) of the Tallano documentation submitted to the Court of Appeals on May 8, 2006.  This replaces the multi-megabyte image version of the file referenced in the previous update, which has now been deleted from the Documentation page.  The new version is SEARCHABLE.

We have now distributed several THOUSAND of the “Now You Know” disks and hopefully, many of those have been duplicated many times over to enhance the Awareness campaign!
