For years we have heard of claims by Mr. Acopiado, as if such claims merit any status whatsoever.  To buttress the case against such Acopiado claims, we have posted the April 5, 2005 Supreme Court Resolution against the false Acopiado claims.

We have also just finished posting the November 2006 Court of Appeals Resolution regarding Admittance of Exhibits in the case between the Republic of the Philippines and RTC 111 et al.

We are also pleased to present the November 14, 2006 Jacoba Memorandum for Julian Morden Tallano filed in the Court of Appeals case referenced above, which provides a catalog of legal exhibits documenting the claims relating to OCT 01-4 and the Tagean Royal Family legacy.
