2006-04-25: FDN Letter to BSP re Fraudulent Land Titles |

Today a letter drafted by Cenon Marcos, President and Attorney Estepa for the Foundation was sent to the Bangko Sentral Pilipinas (BSP). The letter advises the BSP of the results of months of research which show that MOST of the land titles issued in the Philippines are fraudulent. We will have to await the BSP’s response to this letter and will post the results here when we have them to share. The bottom line: MOST of the land titles in the Phillipines have been issued against spurious Original Certificates of Title (OCTs). Only one OCT is certain, that being OCT 01-4, over which the Foundation has been appointed administrator.
