2006-05-12:  BSP Responds to FDN re Bad Titles

On April 25, 2006 Cenon Marcos and Attorney Estepa transmitted to the BSP (Central Bank of the Philippines) a letter from the Foundation advising them of certain fraudulent land titles.

Today we received the response from BSP, dated May 3.

In its reply the BSP directed the Foundation to “course this information through the Banking Associations” of the Philippines.

This is a major breakthrough!  Implicit in the BSP response is that they recognize the truthful position of the Foundation, which “should” have power to administrate all lands under titles which have been fraudulently issued.
