2007-03-24: EJ Ekker Expelled from the Foundation “For Cause” |

At a duly Noticed meeting of the Board of Trustees held on March 17, 2007, self-styled “Chairman of the Board of Trustees” EJ Ekker was expelled from the Foundation “for cause” by a unanimous resolution of the Board. Although provided Notice of the meeting, held at the Peninsula Hotel next door to Mr. Ekker’s “Executive Offices”, Mr. Ekker chose not to attend to answer the charges against him. Trustee Tom Taylor, who has attended only one regular meeting (6/6/06) since his election to the Board upon nomination by Mr. Ekker originally, has been suspended indefinitely for failing to contribute in any meaningful way other than to effectively double the weight of Mr. Ekker’s vote. Ronald Kirzinger from Canada, formerly the Foundation’s only non-Trustee Member, has been elected to the Board for meritorious service to the Foundation.
