2006-05-17: Update: Responses from Government Agencies |

In response to the Foundation’s letter to various government agencies, we are now in possession of a May 10 letter from DNR and a May 11 letter from the Department of Justice. The Department of Justice has referred the Foundation’s concerns with regard to fraudulent land titles and upholding of the Torrens System of land titling to the Land Registration Authority. Note that it is the LRA which has continued to issue titles based on spurious Original Certificates of Title in direct contravention of several prior court orders. Our position remains clear: Any title not based on OCT 01-4 is, at a minimum, “questonable”.
