2006-07-02:  Tallano Foundation on the RP Government Website

It is time for the Filipino people to become aware of their great inheritance. Today under the handle of “Outsider” a certain individual has made three postings to the Forum on the official Government of the Philippines website linking back to this website. Hooray!
