Report on the Review of the Land Classification of Quezon City

It is highly doubtful the government ever wanted this document (now posted to the Documents section of this site) to fall into the hands of the people but it is past time for the people to become aware of the issue of spurious land titles. We are not entirely sure when this document was prepared but the signatories include: Melchor L. Magsanoc; Virgilio B. Tiongson; Crizaldy M. Barcelo; Wilma A. Sabado; Remigio B. Hipolito; Ariel Reyes; Jesus M. Dela Cruz; Eduardo C. Sanchez; Florencio M. Chavez; Ignacio R. Almira, Jr.; Rhia C. Galsim; Carmen Hizelle G. Velasco; and Teofilo R. Laguardia.

This report documents the spurious originating titles for: PAYATAS ESTATE; PIEDAD ESTATE; TALA ESTATE; MARIKINA ESTATE; DILIMAN ESTATE and STA MESA; MAYSILO ESTATE; and MAGDALENA ESTATE.

The correct solution is recognition of OCT 01-4 per the government’s own position as presented to the Agana court in 1964 and resolved by the Decision with Compromise Agreement of 1972 and the Clarificatory Order of 1976, whereby the Tallano Foundation should administer these lands for the benefit of the Filipino people.
