2006-08-27:  Tallano Fdn Information CD Now Available--FREE (download)

We have had many requests for information and responded initially by setting up this website and including a special section for the Tallano Foundation.  Someone got the idea that it would be nice to have a Powerpoint presentation and that was implemented and made available for download. Many copies have been emailed from one friend to another, especially here in the Philippines.

However, not all PCs are equipped with Microsoft Powerpoint and in that case it is necessary to download and install Microsoft’s free Powerpoint Viewer program.  In addition, after viewing the Powerpoint presentation most people wanted to have access to the detailed information and documentation available on the website. But in many cases people do not have Internet connections or only rare access to relatively slow dial-up connections.

The solution?  We have produced a CD!  Just put it in your drive and it will automatically install Powerpoint Viewer if needed.  In short order the presentation begins and at the end of the show there is a page of links.  Clicking on any of the links provides access to all of the information on the website--from the CD without an Internet connection!

Best of all, an image file of this CD can now be downloaded for FREE from the Multimedia page of this site, so anyone anywhere in the world can download the file and burn the CD. There is no copyright on the CD, so feel free to make copies!
