2006-08-30:  10-Day Notices to Julian Tallano and LRA Posted

On August 14, 2006 10-Day Notices from the Foundation were sent to both Julian Morden Tallano and Land Registration Authority (LRA).

The 10-Day Notice to Julian Tallano, technically a Notice of Termination and Denial of Association, notes his termination from the Board of Trustees on April 7, 2005 and demands he stop representing himself as Administrator of the Tagean-Tallano Estate.  The Foundation, as ordered by the Agana Court, was formed by Julian Morden Tallano in 2003 specifically for the purpose of administering the assets of the estate.  Mr. Tallano has brought the Foundation’s name into disrepute with his incessant efforts enrich himself rather than acting for the benefit of the Filipino people.

The 10-Day Notice to the LRA is a demand to the Administrator that he should Cease and Desist from further issuance of spurious land titles derived from those land titles which the Supreme Court has previously ruled null and void.  It is a totally reasonable demand and one which the Administrator should adhere to for the sake of upholding the Torrens System of land titling in the Philippines.

These letters as well as the postal return receipts are now posted on the Documents page. Here is a direct link to these 10-Day Notices.  The last page of the PDF file is a scanned image of a Notice sent to Malacanang, which should also be of some interest although the 15-day period of the Notice has not yet expired.
