2007-03-28: Foundation Public Notice Rebutting Bogus GAIA 40% Claim

Public Notices invoking United States Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 301 are used to establish judicial presumptions in any matter of controversy which comes before a court required to take notice of the matter.

When EJ Ekker, a Director of Global Allliance Investment Association, caused to be published a certain Public Notice in the March 10 issue of CONTACT newspaper, he was establishing a legal but invisible and unspoken fact in advance of an anticipated legal confrontation. Unfortunately, he used false, fraudulent and misleading information to establish his facts and that will inure to his detriment because no Court will appreciate the misdirection.

To rebut the presumption Mr. Ekker falsely established, the Tallano Foundation is running a Public Notice of its own, pointing out the errors in Mr. Ekker’s prior presentation.
